WHAT DOES A MEMBERSHIP AT IRON FRONT COWORK INCLUDE?

 

SUPER-FAST, RELIABLE INTERNET

You have access to Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses and server storage are available at an additional cost.

 

CONFERENCE ROOM TIME

Most membership plans (excluding Basic Plan) include a monthly store credit allocation that can be used to reserve both conference rooms. Reservations can be made online.

 

IRON FRONT COWORK MEMBER NETWORK

Connect with other members through our online community. You can ask questions, share stories, announce product launches and other good news, invite others to events, promote your job listings, or simply find someone to grab a beer with. It’s a great way to start meaningful relationships with creative entrepreneurs and business leaders.

 

FURNITURE

Private Offices include adjustable height desks, chairs, desk lamps, storage boxes, trash can and cork board.

 

PRINTING/COPYING/SCANNING

You will have access to multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Currently printing is free of charge but at some point in the future will cost 7 cents per black and white page and 60 cents per color page.

 

AMENITIES AND EXTRAS

From foosball tables to bike share programs, you’ll find that Iron Front has a fun mix of amenities.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

A Community Membership is included with the Basic, 6 Pack, Lite, Full and Private Office Plans. With a community membership you can:

  • Learn what’s happening in the community! Our private member site includes announcements about events and opportunities, interviews with community members about their experiences, and more.
  • Come to free/discounted events: classes, programs, panel talks, show and tell and more.
  • Participate in group activities.
  • Have a 24/7 direct line to the other community members using our online community tools. You can ask questions, share ideas, or just socialize and meet amazing people.

BASIC PLAN

  • Includes Community Membership!
  • $ 35/month, work 1 day per month. Additional days are $ 15/day. Membership is month-to-month with a $ 35 deposit and one-time $ 25 set up fee. Does not include mailing address.
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM for trial members and 24/7 access for keyholder members
  • Please note that The Loft is closed each Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM and possibly a few partial weekdays/per month for events.

 

6 PACK MEMBERSHIP PLAN (6 DAYS/MONTH)

  • Includes Community Membership!
  • $ 90/month, work 6 days per month. Additional days are $ 15/day. Membership is month-to-month with a $ 90 deposit and one-time $ 25 set up fee. Does not include mailing address. This plan includes a 15% member discount and a $ 20/month store credit for booking meeting space (unused store credit does not roll over into the next month).
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM for trial members and 24/7 access for keyholder members
  • Please note that The Loft is closed each Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM and possibly a few partial weekdays/per month for events.

 

LITE PLAN

  • Includes Community Membership!
  • $ 150/month, work 12 days per month. Additional days are $ 15/day. Membership is month-to-month with a $ 150 deposit and one-time $ 25 set up fee. Does not include mailing address. This plan includes a 20% member discount and a $ 40/month store credit for booking meeting space (unused store credit does not roll over into the next month).
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM for trial members and 24/7 access for keyholder members
  • Please note that The Loft is closed each Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM and possibly a few partial weekdays/per month for events.

 

FULL PLAN (UNLIMITED DAYS/MONTH)

  • Includes Community Membership!
  • $ 300/month, work unlimited days per month. Membership is month-to-month with a $ 300 deposit and one-time $ 25 set up fee. The Full plan includes a 25% member discount and a $ 100/month store credit for booking meeting space (unused store credit does not roll over into the next month). Mail and package handling plan is also available for an additional $ 25/month fee. We are located in a KIZ zone, great tax credit program for eligible businesses.
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM for trial members and 24/7 access for keyholder members
  • Please note that The Loft is closed each Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM and possibly a few partial weekdays/per month for events.

 

PRIVATE OFFICE PLAN

  • Includes Community Membership!
  • Starting at $ 450/month, our private offices are lockable with 24/7 access, desk, chair, lamp, trash can and locker. Membership is month-to-month with a deposit equal to the membership plan and one-time $ 25 set up fee. Private offices also include printing, mail and package handling, and credits that can be used for conference rooms and workspace. This plan includes a 35% member discount and a $ 175/month store credit for booking meeting space (unused store credit does not roll over into the next month). Includes mail and package handling (we are located in a KIZ zone) – $ 25/month value
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 PM for trial members and 24/7 access for keyholder members
  • Please note that The Loft is closed each Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM and possibly a few partial weekdays/per month for events.

 

ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIPS REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH?

WHAT IF I’M LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE OFFICE OR DEDICATED DESK MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN THE FUTURE?

If you’re looking to schedule a start date on a longer timeline, please speak with a Community Manager. We’re happy to discuss potential options with you.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUILDING HOURS? WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Iron Front Cowork staff are generally onsite at each location between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM local time Monday through Friday.

For keyholder members with with 6 Pack, Lite, Full or Private Office plans, Iron Front is accessible by smart phone key 24/7.

 

CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TOUR?

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG? WHAT’S YOUR PET POLICY?

Pets are not allowed in the building. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to bring your pet at our discretion.

 

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A PRIVATE IRON FRONT OFFICE?

Every Iron Front Cowork office is uniquely designed and total square footage differs from location to location. Each office provides more than enough room to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

 

WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICE?

Phone service is currently only available for Private Offices for an additional monthly fee.

 

HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?

Currently access to printing is free of charge but soon we will be implementing a per page fee:

  • 7 cents per page for black and white
  • 60 cents per color side

 

CAN I ADD MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?

  • Mail and package handling is available for the Full Plan for an additional $ 25/month
  • Mail and package handling is included with the Private Office Membership plans.

 

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MAILING ADDRESSES FOR ONE ACCOUNT?

No, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.

 

HOW DO MEETING ROOM DISCOUNTS AND STORE CREDITS WORK?

6 Pack, Lite, Full and Private Office plans all include a monthly reservation discounts and store credit allocations that can be used to reserve conference rooms. After you have used your monthly conference room credits, you are free to make additional reservations for a fee. Store credits do not rollover from month to month.Conference room reservation fees vary depending on the size of room and length of reservation.

 

HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM?

For conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.

 

WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?

Conference room size varies per location. Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 4–16.

 

CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM ON THE WEEKEND?

At this time, plans only allow access to conference rooms from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.

 

I JUST RESERVED A CONFERENCE ROOM. HOW DO I REGISTER MY GUESTS?

To register guests, please have them sign in at the Front Desk Kiosk.

 

CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE?

Yes. Just make sure you register them at the Front Desk Kiosk.

 

I’M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Private Offices may be paid for via ACH (auto withdrawal) or credit card. For all other membership plans you must pay by credit card.

 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET IRON FRONT KNOW I’M MOVING OUT?

Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to Iron Front Cowork on July 31st.

Basic, 6 Pack, Lite and Full Memberships can be cancelled at any time online via the Account Manager on the Iron Front website, but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of these plans.

 

I AM A CURRENT IRON FRONT COWORK  MEMBER AND LOVE MY SPACE! DOES IRON FRONT GIVE REFERRAL REWARDS?

Yes! Our referral program rewards Iron Front Cowork members with 10% of the monthly Membership Fee of the Member who signs up for up to one year. There are no limits to the number of referral rewards a member may earn.

 

DOES IRON FRONT COWORK CHARGE LATE FEES?

Iron Front Cowork charges a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice, excluding Service Retainers, for payments we haven’t received by the 10th business day of the month.

 

MY MEMBERSHIP IS INACTIVE. CAN I REACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN?

You can cancel your Membership contacting us at 800-870-8830 or email us at support@IronFrontCowork.com.

But please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and that there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of membership plans.
